Terms & Conditions

A 50% advance payment is required before any project begins.

Work will commence only after the advance payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

All advance payments become strictly non-refundable once development has commenced, as project resources, planning, and production time are immediately allocated to the project.

The remaining balance must be settled before final delivery and ownership transfer.

Typical project delivery ranges between 7–14 business days, depending on:

• Project complexity
• Number of requested features
• Timely submission of required content
• Client approvals and feedback

Requests for additional features or delays in communication may extend the delivery schedule.

The approved quotation defines the agreed scope of work.

Any request outside this scope—including additional pages, new functionality, integrations, redesigns, or significant revisions—will be treated as additional work and quoted separately before development proceeds.

Revision limits depend on the selected package.

Changes that exceed the included revision allowance or introduce new functionality will be billed separately.

Ownership of the completed project—including source code, website files, deployment credentials, domains (if applicable), and associated assets—will be transferred only after full payment has been received and verified.

Until then, all work remains the property of NWS Digital Services.

The Client agrees to provide all required project materials—including text, images, branding assets, logos, menus, and other requested content—within the agreed project timeline.

Delays in providing required materials may affect the delivery schedule.

Unless explicitly included in the quotation, the following are excluded:

• Third-party software licences
• Premium plugins or themes
• API subscription fees
• SEO services
• Content writing
• Photography
• Graphic design beyond the agreed scope
• Email hosting setup
• Ongoing maintenance
• Domain and hosting renewals after the included period

Where domain registration or hosting is included, it is provided only for the duration specified in the quotation.

Renewal costs after this period are the Client’s responsibility.

NWS Digital Services shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, third-party platform outages, hosting failures, or damages resulting from unauthorised modifications made after project handover.
